We will take jazz music, sounds and instruments into the kitchen!  Children will explore food in its many dimensions—shopping at the grocery store, then heating up the kitchen with chopping, dicing, making toast, and cooking noodles from scratch—all to the rhythms and sounds of jazz music.  They’ll also explore quarter-note and eight-note rhythms with their hands, their bodies, and a piano keyboard.

This drop-off camp will also include crafts and lunch.  Each child will bring a sack-lunch to class each day.
